Meg completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) at The Southern School of Natural Therapies and is qualified to treat and rehabilitate a vast variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Meg takes an individualised, holistic approach to patient care.
She uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisations, dry needling, functional movement, postural education and corrective exercise, muscle energy techniques, and the Mc Kenzie method to alleviate pain and help restore function and wellbeing. Her areas of special interest are pain management and treating the musculoskeletal issues arising from postural overload.
