Myotherapy

Myotherapy assesses musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction. It can restore muscular integrity, strength and flexibility. Myotherapists may use techniques such as myofascial release, dry needling, deep tissue and trigger point therapy and neural stretching.

Myotherapists, by working in conjunction with other health practitioners such as physiotherapists, can benefit the client by addressing different aspects of their condition. They have advanced diplomas or degrees in health sciences.
